The Chesapeake Boathouse offers several options for your next event. All facilities are available for day and evening rental.

The Chesapeake event room includes a dramatic view of the boat bays and features 60" plasma screen display, full sound system, counter space for serving or presentation materials, a catering kitchen and seminar or banquet seating. Accommodates 85-100 for seated events and up to 250 for receptions (standing).

The reception foyer features 24 ft windows overlooking the Oklahoma River, a full sound system, access to the catering kitchen and a pass-through window for beverage service. Accommodates approximately 40 for seated events, 140 for receptions.

Wrapping around two sides of the boathouse, the covered deck overlooks the reflecting pool with the river beyond and includes a full sound system. Accommodates approximately 200 for seated events, up to 580 for receptions.

The grounds surrounding the boathouse are also available, and tents may be erected to supplement boathouse space.

The Chesapeake Boathouse has approved caterers offering a variety of fare. From hamburgers and hot dogs to fine dining, you're sure to find a caterer to meet your needs. [learn more] Alcoholic beverages are permitted in accordance with Oklahoma law and as provided by a caterer with a current Oklahoma liquor license.

Security is available and may be required, depending on the event. Typically, security is required for events beginning after 5:00 p.m. and on weekends. The Chesapeake Boathouse will determine the security requirements and assist you in scheduling the appropriate security staff.
